Ingredients
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add water and egg until smooth.
    Prepare vegetables to bite size pieces.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0 and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
