Sweet Potato And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 large apples, peeled and sliced
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Spread half of the sweet potatoes in the bottom of 3-quart casserole.
    Top with half of apples and marshmallows.
    Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, apples and marshmallows.
    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon; sprinkle over casserole.
    Dissolve cornstarch in water; pour over sugar mixture.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
