Stobys Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. Coffee-mate
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. mustard powder
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 3/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. picante
    1/3 c. chili or 2 Tbsp. chili mix (McCormick)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil in large Dutch oven.
    Add Velveeta.
    Mix butter and flour to a paste.
    Add to cheese mixture.
    Stir until thick.
    Add remaining ingredients.
