Kids Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. julienned cut carrots
2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
1/2 c. sweet vermouth
salt to taste
black pepper (fresh ground)
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation

If your kids don't eat carrots, try this.
No need to worry about the alcohol in the vermouth.
It completely cooks out leaving the sweet flavor!
