Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green apples
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Slice apples in 1/8-inch slices.
    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Coat apples.
    Melt butter in nonstick skillet.
    Saute 7 to 8 minutes.
    Serve at once.
    Good with ham or pork.
