Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can white clam sauce
3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in clam sauce, crumbs and cheese.
Pour into a 2-cup ovenproof dish.
Cover and bake 20 minutes.
Serve hot with crudites or crackers.
