Chicken And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts
    4 chicken breasts, boiled and diced
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. croutons
Preparation
    Drain artichokes; dice and arrange in casserole dish.
    Dice onion; saute in margarine and pour over artichokes.
    Place chicken on top of onion.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cheese and top with croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
