Fire House Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can pork and beans
    1/2 large onion, chopped fine
    8 slices bacon, diced
    1 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard or to taste
    1/4 bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large heavy pan.
    Cook slowly over low heat (stirring often to prevent sticking) about 3 hours or until slightly thickened.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
