Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. green tomatoes
    1 qt. onions
    1 qt. cucumbers
    12 peppers (I use 6 green and red peppers)
    1/3 c. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Soak the first 5 ingredients overnight; drain and soak 3 hours in cold water.
    Cook all 20 minutes.
