Mi Casa Red Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 x 28 oz. can Crushed tomatoes
    2 x 4 oz. can Chopped green chilis
    1 medium Onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Crushed dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
    2 tsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Chili powder
    1 tsp. Cumin
    1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    In a large, non metal bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
