Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1 red and 1 green chopped pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 or 4 Tbsp. milk
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 or 5 small canned chili peppers, cut fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients including only 2 cups of cheese.
    Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set and light brown (about 30 minutes).
    Cut into 2 x 1-inch squares.
    Yield:
    48 squares.
