Jackie'S Lemon Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
Test with knife after 45 minutes.
