Raspberry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast
    3/4 c. pear nectar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 c. salad greens
    1 qt. sliced strawberries
    2 sliced pears
    1/2 sm. sweet onion
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Combine nectar, oils, vinegar, basil, mustard, pepper and salt. Put in a jar and shake thoroughly. (May be stored in fridge for 2 wks.)
