Diabetic Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut
Preparation
    Mix and cook until thick.
    Rinse handful of coconut and add to filling.
    Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Non-diabetics can use 1 cup sugar and 1 cup coconut.
