Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cubed
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
Preparation
    Mix steak, flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in hot shortening. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, sour cream, soup, sauces and green pepper to meat.
    Stir.
    Cover and cook on high until it steams. Simmer 20 to 40 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Sprinkle Parmesan over top.
