Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 bay leaf
    2 cans chili beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and onion together. Drain.
    Pour into a big pot and add the tomato juice. Fill the tomato juice can 1/2 full with water and add to the pot. Add the vinegar, sugar and chili powder. Add the bay leaf and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Add the spaghetti and chili beans.
    Cook until the spaghetti is done.
