Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple slices, drained
maraschino cherry halves
1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan. Arrange slices of pineapple and cherries on sugar mixture.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Pour batter over fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes for topping to set.
Then turn upside-down onto cookie sheet.
