Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. oat flour or unbleached flour
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and honey and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add vanilla and salt.
    Mix flour and blueberries together, coating the berries with flour.
    Stir into liquid mixture.
    Spray muffin tins with Pam.
    Fill 3/4 full with batter.
    Let rise 10 to 15 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 18.
