Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (thin)
    1 large can English peas
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small jar (4 oz.) pimentos
    3 c. Velveeta cheese
    2 large onions, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken on low heat until tender. Let cool and reserve broth. Debone and cut chicken into pieces. Saute pepper and onions in oleo on low heat 4 to 5 minutes. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth adding water if necessary; do not drain. Add cheese to hot spaghetti and stir until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well and place in casserole. Heat in oven until hot throughout. Makes large casserole. Can be cut in half for a small family. Also, may substitute tuna for the chicken if desired.
