Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, cored and cleaned
    2 c. rice
    4 c. water
    salt to taste
    2 lb. ground meat, cooked and drained
    2 cans Campbell's tomato soup (do not dilute)
Preparation
    Prepare peppers.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Cook rice, water and salt according to package directions.
    Prepare rice and ground meat.
    Mix together and add soup.
    Mix ingredients thoroughly. Place rice-meat-soup mixture inside and around the peppers (use tops of pepper for decoration or the look of a whole pepper.) Cook in covered casserole for at least 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
