Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. whole milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in container of blender and process 10 seconds.
Stir in coconut; pour into a buttered 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set (pie will puff, then fall slightly).
Cool, chill thoroughly.
Pie makes own crust.
