Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 bottle Italian dressing
    1 small jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Place cut
    up chicken in roasting pan.\tSalt and pepper to taste.
    Mix
    creamy Italian dressing and apricot preserves together
    and
    pour
    over
    chicken.
    Sprinkle
    onion soup over mixture.
    Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
