Ultimate Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/4 c. flour
    oil (for frying)
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 lb. boneless chicken strips
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine buttermilk, bouillon and oregano. Let stand 1 minute. Stir in chicken and let stand 30 minutes. In plastic bag, combine flour and paprika. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time. Coat, then dip in buttermilk mixture, then with flour again. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Peach Sauce.
