Italian Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 Ry-Krisp crackers (any flavor), crushed to 3/4 c.
    3 Tbsp. magarine, melted
    1/4 c. zucchini, finely chopped
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. tomato, chopped
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 8-inch pie plate.
    In small bowl, combine crackers, margarine and zucchini.
    Press into bottom and sides of pie plate.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    In medium bowl, beat eggs.
    Stir in yogurt, tomato and seasonings.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
