Ingredients

1 egg white
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate bits
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites and salt to soft peaks in small mixer bowl.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Add nuts and chocolate bits; stir with spoon.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased foil covered cookie sheet.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven, then turn oven off and forget for 3 hours or overnight.
To remove, push up under foil.
