Baked Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 orange roughy fillets (fish)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. green onions, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, cut lengthwise
    1 Tbsp. dill
    salt
    pepper
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash orange roughy; pat dry with paper towel.
    Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Let stand for 10 minutes. Coat the fish with mayonnaise.
    Arrange the fish on a baking dish. Spread the bell pepper and dill on top of the arranged fish. Bake for 20 minutes or until opaque color of fish appears at 350\u00b0. Serve hot with steamed rice.
