Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Blend in all ingredients together.
    Be sure to use self-rising flour.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
    Insert a knife to see if it's firm.
    Requires no pie shell.
    Very good.
