Lime Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 large egg yolks
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lime juice
1 Tbsp. finely grated lime rind
8 large egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Stir together cake flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add egg yolks, oil, water, lime juice and rind. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
