Mocha Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. Postum
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Combine Postum and boiling water; pour over oats.
    Stir, cover and let stand 20 minutes.
    Beat shortening and vanilla and oat mixture.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture; mix well.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt or angel food pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
