Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 cans (16 oz.) creamed corn
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 small jar pimento
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Select\tnice, clean corn and cut off both ends, without exposing
    the kernels.
    Do not remove silks before microwaving as they add sweetness to the corn.
    Remove only the outer dry husks. Open
    the
    tips
    of
    corn, just enough to let the cold water trickle
    in.
    Let
    set
    about 5 minutes, then shake out excess water.
    Microwave
    on
    High,
    3 corns for about 7 to 8 minutes, or if just one corn, 3 minutes.
    Allow to set without opening the door for a few moments.
