Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 small grated onion (optional)
Preparation

Combine
dry
ingredients.
Blend
together
remaining ingredients
and
fold
into dry ingredients just until mixed. Do not stir too much.
Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Yields 12 muffins.
