Pineapple-Orange "Marmalade" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 (20 oz.) can juice-pack crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    sugar substitute equal to 1/4 c.
Preparation
    Combine the gelatin with the defrosted orange juice in a saucepan.
    Wait until the gelatin is softened, then add all the other ingredients except the sugar substitute.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes, then stir in the sweetener.
    Stir in jars in the refrigerator.
    Makes 3 cups, 15 calories per tablespoon.
