Sausage Pecan Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped celery tops
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    6 to 8 c. coarse corn bread crumbs
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and spices in butter.
    Cook sausage.
    Mix sausage, corn bread, pecans and onion-celery mixture together. Use chicken broth to add moisture.
    You may bake at 350\u00b0
    until brown or use as a stuffing for turkey.
