Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and add all ingredients, using 1/2 of the pecans. Mix well and form into ball. Roll in remaining nuts.
