Baked Tuna Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, mustard and poultry seasoning.
Mix well.
Shape into 40 balls. Roll in corn flakes.
Dip in melted butter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve on cocktail picks.
