Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    juice of 2 lemons
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour in an unbaked pie shell and bake about 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
