Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot milk, scalded
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    3 or 4 c. flour
    32 small sausages
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Beat egg in another small bowl. In a large bowl, mix sugar, oil, salt and milk. Stir until lukewarm, then add yeast and egg.
    Add flour until dough is soft, but not sticky.
    Knead on floured board.
    Place in washed, oiled bowl and let rise 1 to 1 1/2
    hours in a warm place.
    Turn out on board and cut into 32 pieces.
