Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. non-instant powdered milk
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. wheat germ
Preparation

To flour, add powdered milk; blend in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Drop from tablespoon onto hot griddle.
Turn when bubbles form on top. Serve with butter and syrup or fruit topping.
