Crock-Pot Cheese And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine partially thawed hash browns, soup, milk and half the onion rings.
    Pour into greased crock-pot.
    Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or 3 hours on high.
    Sprinkle remaining onion rings over the top before serving.
