Frosty Fruit Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed (undiluted)
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1 medium banana, peeled and frozen
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 ice cubes
    8 oz. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except yogurt in blender; process until smooth.
    Add yogurt and process until blended.
    Contains 135 calories and 1 gram fat.
