Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boned, skinned chicken breasts or 2 (1 1/2 lb.) broilers
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
freshly ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation

Cover a cookie tin with aluminum foil.
Cut the broilers (if using) into quarters.
Season the oil with Lawry's salt (can use regular pepper), pepper, paprika and garlic.
Using a pastry brush, apply the seasoned oil to the chicken pieces; roll them in the corn flake crumbs.
Place the chicken pieces in shallow pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
