Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. defatted chicken broth
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. oriental sesame oil
2 tsp. ginger
12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

First, in a medium bowl, mix together the broth, parsley, onion, soy sauce, oil and ginger.
Add chicken; toss until well coated.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Drain chicken.
Place chicken on skewers.
Sprinkle with sesame seed. Place on broil pan; broil 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
Turn over and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until done.
