Easy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. skinless chicken breast, cut into small chunks
    sliced mushrooms and green onions (2 or 3 to suit your taste)
    1 can chicken mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon peel, grated
Preparation
    Brown chicken in a skillet in a small amount of oil.
    Add sliced mushrooms and green onions.
    Mix soup with water.
    Add lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
    Add to chicken; simmer until chicken is done, about 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
    Serve with Rice-A-Roni chicken fried rice with almonds.
