Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic (can substitute 1 Tbsp. garlic powder)
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. (approximately 8 oz.) shell pasta
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in large skillet.
    Drain.
    Combine ground beef and all above ingredients except pasta.
    Simmer over low heat until onions and mushrooms are tender.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Finish by pouring stroganoff mixture over pasta.
