Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen vegetables
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs or corn flake crumbs
1 stick butter
Preparation
-
Cook vegetables until tender, adding onion when vegetables are done.
Drain.
Add next 3 ingredients.
Put in casserole and top with cracker crumbs mixed with margarine.
Put in oven and bake at 325\u00b0 until crumbs are brown.
