Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 avocados, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried cilantro or 1 fresh sprig
1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine avocados, onions, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and cilantro.
Using a fork or potato masher, mix and mash coarsely.
Add most of the tomatoes; stir well. Pour into serving bowl; garnish with remaining tomatoes and sprigs of cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
