Bacon Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cut in 3-inch pieces
    1 tsp. olive oil or regular oil
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. fennel seed
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    4 to 6 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box fettucini
    1 (4 oz.) box Blue cheese
    about 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon in olive oil; remove and save.
    Add onions, pepper and garlic.
    Saute 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add spices except salt.
    Cook 2 to 4 minutes more.
    Add chicken broth; cook 5 more minutes. Transfer all to blender and puree; return to pan and add cream. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add Blue cheese.
    Melt over low heat. Cook fettucini in water with salt.
    Drain and pour into bowl. Toss with sauce.
    Top with bacon and Parmesan cheese.
