Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice
    1/3 c. oleo
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Brown rice in oleo in large skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Place in lightly greased casserole. Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour (remove cover last 10 minutes).
