Broccoli-Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
1/2 c. milk
1/2 can cream of chicken or celery soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 bag (2 oz.) Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Prepare vegetables according to package directions.
Add milk, soup and sour cream.
Top with Cheddar cheese, then cracker crumbs, then Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
