Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef well.
    Add other ingredients except cheese and simmer for one hour.
    Remove from
    heat and stir in grated cheese. This is delicious over pinto beans, rice, macaroni, tamales, Fritos, etc.
